Hey everybody! It’s been one week since the mandatory evacuation. I can’t express how grateful I am to our community for lending a helping hand. I am overwhelmed with the kindness that I have been shown. The people that showed up for this sweet little bookstore was beyond my wildest dreams. I wish I could individually thank those of you that came in the hottest day of the year to move hundreds of books. Not to mention the furniture and clothes. Tuesday June 30 5-7pm is the Greenpoint move. We welcome all volunteers. Please park behind Salon Incognito or on 3rd St. We will gather in front of the salon and make a plan from there. I can’t thank you all enough for all of the help. I love this community. ❤️

We are asking for any and all volunteers that can help us pack up the bookstore. Tuesday June 30th from 5-7PM and Wednesday July 1 from 3-5PM. If you can't help us pack, any boxes you can donate would be greatly appreciated as well!

While our doors are temporarily closed, this is not the end of our story. We are incredibly hopeful for what lies ahead and grateful for the support this community has shown to us and all our downtown neighbors.
